My attempt at chicken breasts

So I did some chicken breasts yesterday. Simple store bought mojito lime marinade. Sliced them open stuffed some mozzarella in and wrapped in bacon cooked at 250 for about 90 minutes till internal temp of 155-160 here's the before and after

Well, how were they?? They look ok to me..

You could do individual slices around the meat and stake them with toothpicks. It'll help them stay in place.

They came out great in my opinion. Wrapping them wasn't bad it worked out pretty well
