It is a BEAUTIFUL day in SE PA. Sunny, 57 degrees.
Just came in from sitting on the deck, frosty beverage in hand, dogs in the yard, Big Al by my side, and the Egg fired up...

Put on 2 racks of back ribs, a bunch of beef short ribs, and an ill cut rib steak. Why ill cut you ask? Was cutting down a boneless beef loin, had to even up end so why not toss that little bit on the Egg today?

Ribs were all rubbed down with SM Cherry AND SM Sweet Seduction.
The steak has just kosher salt.

But that's not why you opened this thread, you wanted to see the mutant jalapenos... This things are HUGE!!!!

Size isn't everything but...

These will be ABTs today or tomorrow.

Also planning on making AussieTitch Potatoes, that is if the frosty beverages don't get me first..

Thanks for looking!!!

here is the potato recipe... Haven't made it yet but they sound really good...

In a dish.
Garlic in bottom of dish

A layer of Potatoes -1/8 inch thick cut.
A layer of onions -1/8 thick cut
Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with dry tasty cheese
Repeat layers
Spread a can of Creamed corn over the potatoes
Another layer of potatoes
Sprinkle again with cheese and season

Bake in bbq of ones choice at 180c (350) for approx 1.5 hours (covered for 40 minutes).
The smoked cheese topping was great.
Change the whole recipe to suite ones Mood.
