I'm the guy who use to have a BBQ where some of the chicken came out burnt on the outside and raw on the inside - totally failed at grilling!

This morning I just got the best compliment I could get... My wife just said that she doesn't want to go out for dinner on our anniversary but would rather have me cook something on the Stampede.
(That's the Best compliment I could get.)

Congrats! we never go out either - same reason. I love to cook, smoke and grill -anything and everything from scratch. it my church. so everyone wins!

That is a good compliment. Home cooked/grilled/smoked is way better than anything I've had at any restaurant. And I might add, a good bit cheaper. Happy Anniversary!
