I've only done a cpl briskets last year as I've just started using a Daniel boon. Love it. I got talked into doing some briskets for my nephews grad party. Is there a general rule for doing multiple at once as far as time goes? Hoping for between 10 and 12 pounders. 2 for sure maybe three if I can fit with a rack.

OK thank you. I kinda found the answer after posting but wanted to confirm.
Thanks!

Something to consider is how quickly the smoker can get back up to temp after you put the meat in.  I am not familiar with your smoker but I know sometimes when I pack mine full of cold meat it will take a bit to get back up there.  Good luck, I am finishing up a brisket for a baby shower right now!

Thanks. Pretty excited. Both times I've tried to smoke them they turned out wonderful. The green mountain Danial boon smoker I have so far is well worth the money. Holds Temps great. Hopefully it will hold temps well with multiple briskets in it. I do have a thermal cover on the smoker. I keep it on year round.
