I have this rack of Babyback ribs. So what to do? I remove the membrane from the back then give it a rub with my homemade rub.
a couple of chicken breast are going to share the ride.
into the MES with the AMNPS about half loaded.
The bird is done. It can be seen in a different thread. This is going to be a no foil ride so hold on
out of the smoke.
And here is the money shot. The "Bear trap"is set.

Now that is some seriously good looking rib. Dry rub no sauce to finish has to be tasty.
