Muffin fan has no power

So i installed a new one. Still no power. If I plug it into the plugin for the ignite rod it powers up and works, so I know it's not the fan.

Anyone have any thoughts? Bad circuit board? Thought about soldering in a new wire even though old one looks ok.

Smoker is 3 year old pit boss 820.

Ordered a pellet pro instead of messing with it. Figured that was a better option after reading a lot of posts around here.
