  I didnt dry them out much longer so they dont look like others pics..

But they are very tasty and juicy...kinda like a kielbasa snack stick...

I always try to dry my Kabanosy, but it never seems to last that long. Kabanos is good fresh out of the smoker, or dried to almost jerk moisture.

My meat is defrosting for this project now and my sheep casings came in today....Its going to be a Kabano and snack stick weekend...Thanks Craig...
