Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breast

Beat some chicken breast out flat. Put a mozzarella stick in the middle. Rolled and wrapped in bacon. Smoked with pecan/hickory. Also took a stab at home made mac n cheese. Wife made bread.

Mac n cheese was good but I have a ways to go to get it to where I want it.

Looks and sounds very tasty. I've used Greure (I know I buthchered the spelling of that) chesse with chicken and bacon before and it goes together great. Has a nice melt factor to it too. Give it a shot next time you make this.
