Any of you ever smoked one of these little things?
How did you cook it and what were your results?

That is a deli brisket I think and I did a similar brisket in the sous vide bath for 72 hrs and then put it on my pellet smoker for about 1.5 hrs. It made a delicious deli brisket that was good for Reuben sandwiches. Enjoy yours.
 
got few in freezer and and done several. dang good. I smoked all the way thru the cook. AL has thread on brisket flats works good. most common for me is 3 to 5 hours in offset then Insta pot to finish. I slice them or I've cubed and put in chili or stew. love them
