I am enjoying the site so far. I come from west Texas and I am breaking in a new pit with a 3X3 firebox and a five foot vessel style cooking area. I have just seasoned it and I am working out the kinks on the leaky smoke places. With the help of my buddy Jay who turned me on to this site. Looking forward to sharing. Thanks for having me.
