Got a rack of babybacks going, hope they done when my wife gets home.

Rubbed down with my rub and put in fridge overnight.

Here the babybacks. Split the rack.

Made up a mustard mop. (recipe below)

Mopping Sauce
1½ cups cider vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Mop 2x and hour.

Taters added.

Those are some monster sized babybacks!

They must have come off of a 3000 pound hog!!!

Look great though...what time do we eat?

Looking good.  A little off topic but how do those frogmatz help with clean up?  I was thinking of buying some off of Todd for my 22.5 but wasn't sure if they would keep the grates underneath clean or not.

Yummmmm.....that looks better than what I am doing for dinner. I am making my Mexican Casserole.....I want that instead!

sigh.......

I'm having a Nutrisystem boxed dinner.    Dieting sucks when you love Q (but 25 pounds lost in 5 weeks so far).
