This was a good stuffing mix, pulled pork, Mexican shredded cheese, jalapeno, onion, rub and vinegar bbq sauce. I then used the leftover pulled pork and copped it small, mixed with cream chease and more Mexican Shredded chasse for the ABT's. 3 hours at 250 in the smoker. Both a Fam fav!
