More Ribs!

Stopped by Sam's Club and found the pork spare ribs were on sale for $2.00 per pound. I bought a pack that weighed in at about 13 pounds. Trimmed and rubbed them all down yesterday, along with a 4 pound chuck roast and presently have the thin blue smoke filling the air with all kinds of good smells!

I will post the porn when they are done.

Sounds great. I know the finished product will be awesome and I will definitely check back for the porn. Remember the two cardinal rules followed by all WV smokers...just 1. keep it up wind from the outhouse and 2. down wind from the hard wood burning still.
