Sorry most you g people will have no idea what that means. Anyway, does it make sense to power up to a 15 or 20 psi regulator for my gosm gasser?

Are you haveing problems with it ? Most gosm have a problem on thee low end not the top. I had my stock up to 500f without the water pan. With the jet burrner i had it their with it. yes i put it back to stock since. You will use more gas if you change it.

Yeah I wouldn't change the regulator, unless yours is bad. When I first got my unit the regulator was bad and they had to send me a new one. Since then I can crank up to 500+. I did add a needle valve for low temp smokes and that is what I use to control my heat now.

I bought a set up off of amazon that has a needle valve and 10psi. I was thinking I should open it up but if I don't need to I won't. Apparently the female end doesn't match the male in on the smoker. Guess I have to do some splicing.
