Nice haul!! No such thing as too much smoked cheese, especially when people know you smoke it.
 
Man all these threads about cheese! I did a bunch last weekend but now im in the waiting period! Makes it tough not to dive into it when i see all this cheese getting smoked! Yours looks great!has a nice color on it. You'll enjoy that for sure . Nice smoke!
 
dave17a 16lbs all together, it was combo of cherry and hickory in the A-maze-n tray for 8 hours.

OK, that's some really good looking cheese, and the quantity is scarry! (We ate each and every block that we smoked from our last batch. I'm now hiding it in my shop so we don't get into it.) So easy and Oh So Good!
