More Beef Stick Tricks
A couple weeks ago I showed how I made a Cold Sammy with Ground up Beef Stick & American Cheese in it.
So now I have two more fun treats that came out Great, to show you.
Grilled Cheese & Ground Beef Stick:
First I made a Grilled Cheese with Ground up Beef Stick, and that was Pretty Tasty!!
I started by coating 2 slices of Bread with butter, and a slice of American Cheese on each slice.
Then on the one Sammy I put a nice layer of Ground Beef Stick on one of the cheese slices.
Then I closed them up, and put butter on one side of each Sammy, and put them in the hot pan, with the buttered sides down.
Then I could put butter on the other sides of the sammies, while in the pan.
Then I just flipped them around until both sides were browned to my liking.
3 Egg & Ground Beef Stick Scramble:
First I cracked 3 Eggs in a cup, and stirred until mixed up pretty good.
Then I added 2 Heaping Tablespoons of Ground Beef Stick to the cup & Stirred again until well mixed.
Now I dumped the whole cup in a well buttered hot pan.
I keep stirring & flipping with a Spatula until all of the scrambled Eggs are set-up & no longer watery.
The Ground Beef Stick will be well distributed throughout the scrambled Eggs.
You can add a lot of other things, like Onions, Peppers, small pieces of Bacon or other meats, or you name it, however I like to keep things simple, especially the first time or two before I start screwing around with a good thing.
There You Go—Hope you enjoy!!
