Mop/Spritz in Stereo or Mono?

I'm sure this has been covered before but I could not find anyhting with the Search function . . .

For those of you that mop/spritz do you flip the meat and do both sides of what your smoking or just one side? Do you do it differently for different meats?

Just wondering.

I spray the top side and then up through the rack and get some on the bottom.

I'll flip the hunk over for a mop and return it to starting position. On big hunks I may or may not rotate depends on the fat cap and it's condition.
