The wife always says I cook enough to feed an army. I used apple chips this is the first time I ever tried them . I the smoke taste as good as the smell from the chips ill be using apple more often.

I cook plenty of stuff too - I'd rather have too much food available than too little - it takes too long to smoke more if you run out!
