mixed nuts

along with the cheese i put in a tray of mixed nuts  to cold smoke,  i was disappointed that the nuts only had the smell of smoke but didnt have the flavor. of the wood.

looks great. the nuts may take on more smoke taste if you let them rest for a couple of weeks.

Ive got them bagged right now,   ill check again at 1 week to see if there's any change in flavor

I also tried and kept it for 1 week it dose work,there was a flavor of wood as well as smoke too.
