So I’ve got a trifecta going on today. I’ve currently got some garlic siracha chicken thighs over the vortex. That’s my lunches for next week at work. Next up are a couple thick cheeseburgers for lunch today. Then for the crowning achievement tonight I have a tri tip on deck and I’m going to use that raspberry chipotle glaze on it to see how it compares to the pork loin from last weekend. Going to be a great day for trailer Q.

So here are the garlic siracha thighs. We were too hungry to pause for a picture of the burgers. Man they were good. Next up, raspberry chipotle tri tip.

Here is the beginning of my Tri tip. I’m using the bold chipotle rub again along with the raspberry chipotle glaze. Why mess with success?

Alright here is the final result. I’m pleased with how the raspberry chipotle glaze tasted on the Tri tip. I do have to admit that the glaze was better on the pork loin last weekend. It was extremely tasty though. I highly recommend giving this a try if you are looking for a different flavor profile.
