So, I've only been into smoking for about a year now but have always loved bbq. I've had burnt ends only a couple of times. Until this week, when I watched a video on how to make them, I thought they were just the actual ends of the brisket that got "burnt" because they were on the ends and thinner than the rest of the brisket, therefore being done way before the rest of the brisket, essentially making them burnt. Imagine my chagrin when I learnt the truth.
