Mississippi mud, short ribs, ABTs.

About a week ago TNJAKE posted his Mississippi poboy and it inspired me to try this chuck roast in a similar fashion ( minus the sammie ). Can't fire the smoker up for just a chuck roast, so I thru on 4 short ribs and a pile of pineapple cream cheese ABTs..I will add pictures as it goes..I know how we love our food porn !!

Butter , pepperoncini , ranch powder and au jus mix added and covered for a trip into the oven. It started pouring rain right as i took everything off, so the oven it is..
