missing anything?

So I acquired a Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn. Got my chimney moved down to grate level, everything should be sealed up where it goes together, at doors, and at chimney, Horizon plate has been ordered, and I built a charcoal basket. Is there anything I'm missing....other than better themometers? Tomorrow I'm gonna do 3 high temp warmups for a couple hours after a oil rubdown to season it.
