Hey everyone. This site has been a God send to me in my smoking meat. I cant say how much everyone helps out on this site! I need a couple of ideas, I am entering my hometowns annual pork cookoff labor day weekend. There is 3 catagories, Ribs, Roasts, and Misc. The first 2 are pretty self explanitory but was looking for a couple good ideas of what some of you would try for the Misc. catagory, I have a couple ideas but want to see if theres anything I may be overlooking!
