Minimum BTU for deep frying?

hey there,

just wondering what you guys think the minimum amount of btu would be for deep frying a turkey?

Brad , you need to keep the oil at 350 to cook the turkey and not get a greasy taste from low temp oil. no idea about BTUs as I have a propane burner designed for deep frying.
