Well after success with my last grilled fish thought I would try another with Mexican flare. Made a Red Chile Adobo. Did not have enough Ancho powder but had some dried pods so ground those up. Then made some Green Chile Adobo. These where based off Rick Bayless recipe. Put the Red Adobo on fish while Charcoal going. The mats did not help with this one. Fish stuck! Maybe if I put oil on them would of helped? While the taste of the sauces where really good the fish was very mushy. Not sure if it was the sauce or the fish? Calling this a failure
. Also had another failure with my green tomato relish. Had a real bad taste. Kind of like a bitter taste. Not sure if it was the tomatoes or vinegar bad.
