Thank you very much John. It was a very enjoyable meal but it was also a fun cook. You got me back to using the SM more and I'm grateful for that. It kinda went into moth balls when I got the Rec Tec, but now the Rec Tec is in mothballs. I'm using this SM a lot more now...and it's just a blast to cook on. you gotta get one!!
