Trying to get better smoke using the AMNPS, Today I went to lowes and picked up a 3" stove pipe elbow. Took the vent adjuster out, the elbow fit right over the collar.

Filled the AMNPS about 1 and1/2 rows

Lit it waited maybe 2 minutes blew it out closed the door, nice smoke

This seems to have solved my problem with the way the wind blows.

Big test tomorrow Corned Beef = Pastrami

Take the time to get it going. 15 min at least. It may be an over kill. But it is better than spending the rest of the day.
