My MES30 is being retired.
The electronics are still functional, so I gutted the smoker before donating it to waste management.
Incase anyone was wondering, this is what it looks like inside. The wiring isn't that complicated. But getting to it all was a bit destructive. In principle, repairs to this system would be pretty easy. In practice though, there isn't a good way to access much of this.
The power distribution board is on the bottom of the unit. The PDB and its components are sealed in silicone.
