Just curious about this. Of course we are all familiar with the MES and the likelyhood the digital display will be somewhat off from the real smoker temp while running. Has anyone ever looked at the inside of the display and temp unit and is there a adjustment (trim pot, etc...)? You would think the factory would have some way to set these, but perhaps that is why they are all over the dart board (no fine adjustment).
