Hey everyone! Just bought my MES electric analogue smoker a few days ago. Preseasoned it and had no problem getting the chips to smoke. I did however use dry chips and got a great light smoke! I did buy a digital thermometer because I know
most thermometers that come with smokers or grills are off by 50-60 degrees! Which mine was but my digital one is spot on! I know this because water boils at 212 degrees Fahrenheit and sure enough my digital thermometer read 212 when I put it in the water! Anyways I'm gonna smoke my first butt this weekend on it!
