MES 40" cleanup

Cleaning up after my first smoke with the MES I was wondering if you guys use wrap foil around the drip pan/water pan for easy cleanup. I recall they said no foil on the racks as that prohibits smoke and heat circulation so is understandable.

I spray the drip pan and the water pan with pam then line them with foil. Makes cleanup much easier. Use rubbing alcohol and a paper towel to clean up the window when you finish smoking. Does a great job.

I went to walmart and picked up a big tupperware (rubbermaid or?) that is used to clean and store grates, drip pan etc. After smoking, all the stuff gets soaked for about 30 minutes prior to cleaning. Much easier. After doing the clean job right in the tub, the tub gets dried out and everything gets stored with the cover on. Ready for the next mission.
