Memphis Elite, you have one?

I went with a Memphis Elite as my first pellet smoker. For years I used a two barrel and decided it's time to get what I call an "old man's" smoker. Biggest headache was getting the wifi set up which took some firmware reloads but finally I got it up and running. I have it in the back of my mind to try smoking or making bacon. So if anyone has experience with this on a pellet, I'd be interested in hearing experience. Thanks in advance...LittleEd
