Memorial Day Beef Ribs and Leg Quarters (broke down)

Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all who have served in the military!

Today I am smoking up some beef ribs and chicken leg quarters. I broke the leg quarters down into thighs and legs they are on sale right now for 59 cents per pound. The ribs were 4.99/lb and they looked to have a decent amount of meat on them. Instead of pictures I did a B roll with them on the pellet grill. Running at 250 right now with apple pellets and hickory wood chunks. I will pay finished product as it happens.

Unfortunately these are not dino ribs. These are beef back/spare ribs but with a good amount of meat on them still. But they are delicious either way lol.

Can't have bbq without a homebrew. This one is an all grain milk chocolate stout I brewed a few months ago.

Thank you very much. It was a very good day. I had planned on doing a brisket too but had no room on the pellet grill. I think I will do it this weekend instead.
