Meatloaf made it Tues in my grill,forgot to take plated shot.o_O
Used 80/20 ground beef,with yellow bell pepper mixed in an under to let the grease drain.
Formed in a bowl

The grill holds temp steady took 1 hr @ 350°F

Al I like the way this one came out,no onions in meatloaf for me.Can't eat hamburger with onions in it fried is no problem.Thanks for the Like I appreciate it

Scott we love them I liked these nice size for peeling.I tried growing them once my yard is to small
