It's been a long time since I've posted anything. My MES30 died and I only recently started using my replacement MES30. Sadly, I quickly realized that my A-Maze-N pellet smoker doesn't fit in this new MES. So, I've been using some small chunks in it instead so far. I smoked a chuck roast first, but I forgot to take any pictures. Since ground beef has been on sale a bit lately, I've been working on meatloaf recipes. I've made 8 loaves now and I think I'm starting to figure out what I like best. I forgot to take pictures again on the first round of meatloaves.

I really like meatloaf, but wow that's allot of loaves. They all look great.

Point for sure

Some meatloaf is better than others but there is no bad meatloaf.

Fantastic meatloaf work!

If you want to fix and improve that dead MES30, it can totally be done by doing a simple rewire and adding a PID controller to make an MES30 better than it ever was from Masterbuilt :)

I wish I would have mentioned this earlier. I have already gotten rid of it months ago.

Hey no problem. If/when the new MES croaks or you decide you want to upgrade to an MES40 that you find cheap at a garage sale or something you know you a good option :)
