Meat Safety Temperatures

    Is there a chart on this site that has the various temps one should bring different meats to in order to ensure safety? I looked for one and didn't see it. I know I can google up one, but most of them are from various county co-ops that say to make the meat into jerky in order for it to be safe..

    What guidelines do you folks use?
