The idea is to teach the cooking method as well as give you some idea of what to do with the meat. For people that already know what going on, you will find some new ideas perhaps. It could be a source of inspiration!

I got a little sidetracked since I joined this forum a couple years ago. I've been busy building the site and trying to figure out a way to convince Google that I am worthy of being a search result. The site has about 300 pages now and keeps growing.

Hey everyone! Found this great recipe on food network. It's a Bobby Flay recipe. He tends to do right by me. haha. Anyway, it is for Garlic Mustard Grilled Beef Skewers. I tried it out and it was delicious. Let me know if anyone tries it out!
