Hello all! My name is Keith and I'm new to the forum but not new to smoking/ grilling.

I'm working off of a Weber Performer Deluxe and love the challenge of charcoal.

Ribs, and pork butt are my favorite but last week I smoked a 5# meatloaf and I might have found the best thing yet!

Today for the derby I'm doing 2 racks of ribs!

Keith, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here with the most versatile back yard smoker/cooker/griller/pizza oven/bread oven/fryer on the planet.  Used mine this weekend to make pizzas.
