Is 140 degrees to low to smoke in my MB, I'm not getting any smoke. Threw the chips in, heard the initial sizzle and that was it. Looked in to loader, the chips looked exactly like they did when I loaded them an hour ago. I know there was a problem at one point and MB was sending out kits to fix but I had been smoking successfully at around 170. Any ideas?

Yup, too low to smoke much

Masterbuilt smokers have a very difficult time smoking under 200°

Just the nature of the beast

Thanks for the quick reply!

A friend suggested I try a tenderloin at 140-145, like a fool I tried and failed. Crankin her up. Thanks!

noting' ventured nothin' gained

crank it up and smoke it for about 30 minutes

Keep your steak out of the right rear corner....Hot Spot!

Finish on the grill

Enjoy The Feast!
