May's Annual Picnic

Sliced the breasts:

Sliced all 6 half-breasts, put into a foil-lined bucket, then covered with foil, and put the wingettes, drumettes and drumsticks in two ziploc bags to transport.  Put the cubed thigh meat in a foil pan with a cover and taped it shut for transporting.  Will bring large foil pans to present the products in tomorrow.  

Just have to cube up the cheese in the morning!  On to the picnic!

I did two full trays of it, almost double what I normally do!

All Set!  Now, to the PARTY (held at Trinity Park in Fort Worth, Tx.).
