Any Masterbuilt tech guys around here.

I am trying to determine if this smoker will hold @ 150-160 F for smoking some salmon?

thanks

I do not have the master built XL. However if you install a needle valve in your gas line after the regulator you can get much lower temps. well worth a try in my opinion. Here is some reading on it. Needle Valve - Search

You would definitely need a needle valve and at that temp I dont think it would be putting out any smoke. So you would also need something like the AMZN smoke setup. I have a needle valve for mine, but I haven't installed it yet. Hopefully real soon and I will also be adding on a char-griller side fire box for charcoal use.
