MasterBuilt XL Smoker problems

I'm having problems keeping my smoker lit. The fire even on high will blow out. I was wondering if it is the wind/breeze causing this problem or what. Does anyone have any ideas on this problem?

Is your top vent open? Should be at least half open for most vertical smokers.

Also, is this a new smoker? Or have you been using it for awhile and just now are having flame-out issues?

Also, some smokers are prone to flame-out if you open or close the cabinet door too quickly.
