Masterbuilt XL - how to clean the smoker

What is the best thing to use to cut the grease to clean the racks on your Masterbuilt XL?

I clean mine probably more than most, about every other smoke.

I use hot water with an SOS pad. and scrub a dub dub!!

Not sure if the racks in the XL Fit but I put my 19" ones in  the dishwasher.

Spray them with grill PAM spray before you start. The literally wipe clean with a damp sponge.
