So I've seen a few people post that the wood chips can stick in the top of the tube of the CSK. I too am having this issue and have just been taking a skewer and kind of poking the chips down off the tube. I have to do this every 1.5-2 hours or so or else smoke gets extremely light. I haven't seen or found any solutions to this issue. Any suggestions? If it didn't stick I could easily get 4-5 hours of continuous smoke with minimal monitoring.

Just a couple of guesses from someone who does not have such a unit:  Check and make sure that your CSK is dead level left to right and front to back; same with your smoker; insert the chips a few at a time without tamping and packing them down; see if there is a sticky creosote build-up inside the chip holder/chute (clean to bare metal if necessary).  Maybe this helps, maybe not.  Good luck!
