Just got back from Academy. They had both the 30 and 40 for $199. Also got $25 off when I opened a new account. Guess that was worth changing out of my pj's!

I went ahead and picked it up. Setting it all up right now about to season it. The quality between this one and my 30" non digital is a major difference. Almost like it was two different companies.

Yep, analog and digital are two different aminals, er, animals. You're going to love this MES 40 and its larger cooking space. I wished I owned it. But I've got the basic MES 30 digital model for years and have had a blast with it while turning out some really great Q.
