Good afternoon guys, i picked up a masterbuilt 255s yesterday it seems fairly straight foward on use but i cant get the dang thing to keep a constant temp of 225 i am aware on how to time smoke cycles and set a cooking time its self. It will prime the furnace will kick in the smoker will get into the mid 300F range then slowly drop down to 170-180F and for the love of god not get any hotter.
What am i missing ?
