master forge 2 door propane vertical smoker

hi guys, love this smoker so far so good.  it has 4 racks in it, does anyone know how many pounds of brisket i could smoke in this at one time,  i have a boy scout outing and i am going to smoke brisket for 40 people.   it looks like around here there is only 1.5 to 2 pound briskets available.  so thats what i am going to use.   any ideas ? thanks

I would look around for larger briskets. I have never seen a brisket that small.
