Master built electric 130 P

I bought my first electric smoker this weekend and I'm having an issue! When I set the bottom temp the top element comes on and when I set the broiler the bottom element comes on. Anyone know what is going on?

Sounds like something is hooked up backwards. I dont have a 130P but Id say reach out to Masterbuilt, they can probably help ya out.

They wired the elements backward at the factory. Likely at the controller.
