Thanks Mike. Ive been finding my way around pretty good since Ive been here just got a question about the amnps. I want to start cold smoking, I have an MES 30 How exactly does the pellet smoker work in correlation to my smoker. Do i place it on the bottom? How is it lit? Is it used for hot smoking as well? Do I still use my electric for cold smoke. Sorry for all the questions just very curious about a new christmas gift hopefully!
